Refund Policy

All of our products at Destiny Invitation are custom-made to order and personalized according to the customer’s specifications. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once production has begun.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the order process, including customization details, billing, and shipping information. Any errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or compensation.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier (UPS or FedEx). Replacements or reimbursements may only be issued once the carrier has completed its investigation and approved the claim.

We strongly encourage our customers to review their customization details carefully and place orders well in advance of their event date to avoid any timing or delivery issues.
