Destiny Invitation specializes in custom-made invitations. All products are made to order, and production begins only after the final design is approved by the customer. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products and services at any time without prior notice.

Order Process and Payment

Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and customization details. Any errors or delays resulting from incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Production time is typically 7 business days after design approval, followed by 2–5 business days for delivery within Canada and the United States. Shipping is handled by UPS and FedEx with a flat rate of $25. Destiny Invitation is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by circumstances beyond our control.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun. Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If an item is damaged or lost during shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy for instructions on filing a claim.
